11. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QuizCore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
22. License to Use
Permission is granted to temporarily use the QuizCore platform for personal or institutional academic assessment purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display without authorization.
33. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
44. AI Content Accuracy
QuizCore uses AI to generate content. While we strive for excellence, the 'final word' on academic accuracy rests with the educator. We are not liable for any errors in automated question generation or grading.
55. Intellectual Property
The QuizCore platform, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BTIS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
66. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuizCore or BTIS be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our platform.
77. Modifications
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms.
